what exactly do you want to do? I don't think there is a way to tamper with the odometer....which is a felony anyway.

Why would you want to know what wire cuts the odometer. If i ever bought a car that anyone had tampered with in that manner id come back with a baseball bat. Just enjoy your ride and dont try and be unlawful! I know its hard to see the value depreciate but trust me the joy of just driving one of these cars is all worth it getting miled out.

To tell you something. You cut the wire and you want to sell your car later and you connect it back. It will roll the kms to the right spot. IIt registering in 2 or 3 stages. You can even take the dash out it will roll after you put it back. However there is couple of things you can do but don't do it. It is felony.
