ChunkiDori probably meant for you to use a 25mm bolt on spacer, which won't require longer studs, because the there are separate studs built into the spacer.

how do those work? i mean if they have the studs built into them isn't the existing studs still going to stick through them? not getting the concept.

no, because most wheels have backpads ( i think they're called?) with room for studs to stick out. Like on the mounting face, in between where the studs come through, there will be a blank spot where a stud and lugnut could happily sit and not touch anything. I wish I had a picture so I could show you what i'm talking about.

your other option would be to grind down the stud slightly after you have the spacer bolted on.But with a 25mm spacer, it won't stick out all that far anyways.

i think if anyone votes in the poll it counts as a bump

in other words the thread probably will need to be closed to keep people from voting, and hence bumping
