SSR Type C-RS - 19"x8.5" - $483 - 20 lbs -

OR....Motegi Touge - 19"x8" - $279 - about 26 lbs -

i said no haters because i'm going to buy one or the other. just wanted some opininons. i've got too much style and not enough time for haters! you'll just make yourself look bad!

what do you think?

(ok, FINE! if any haters have a good reason why i shouldn't get either wheel then let me know. )

How about a couple options

I like this SSR better, it is a real 3 pieceSSR Type GT3 - 19"x8" - $349 - 25.6 lbs

Or this one, but they're just 18'sSSR -GT10 - 18"x8"F/9.5"R - $339F/$399R - ~ 25 lbs

If you can run 19"x8.5" +30, the GT3 in both Bright Satin and Silver are on Closeout over at Tirerack for $199 each.

Also, have you looked at getting the G35 Coupe Forged 19" rays?

i'm only looking at dark grey whels. they'll give my car a "rally" look. black wheels are too hard to see and the definition is lost. there are TONS of chrome wheels that i like but i really want the gun metal ones. thanks for the input!!!!

i really like the thick 5 star design but i'm kind of limiting myself with the color, size, and weight - 19" gun metal/anthracite.

all ideas are wlcome.

Seriously though the upper wheels are wider so you can fit a wider tire and they are lighter so your car will accelerate quicker.

Post some pics no matter which you get!

After giving this some more thought, you should really give 18's some serious thought. From a tire standpoint, 19's will cost much more (>$100) for the same quality/brand of tire. Get the SSR GT10, with the 9.5 rear (assuming fitment isn't an issue) and have some serious meat on the back of that thing .

I love both of them. I would probably go with the Motegi Touge. It is cheaper and not much more weight.

But as I said I love both.

even though they are heavier, less expensive, and presumably inferior, just from the visual standpoint I'd go with the motegi..... something about the thinner spokes looks too "blingy" for my taste.I actually was looking for something along the lines of the motegi for myself when i first go my G, but so far have just stuck with the stock 19"s

ssr type-c rs is one of the best forged monoblock wheels on the market, on a level with volk te37, re30, and ce28

id personally get the 18s, but thats your call...for the wheels though id get the ssr's hands down

i agree with zippy as far as how the ,otegi's look. i'm a big fan of wheels with substance. i like the SSRs because they're a lot lighter and look more sporty. this is going to be a tough one.

that's another vote for 18"s, too. why is that? why not 19"s.

because any money spent toward more expensive sizes for tires is less money spent towards good tires

My vote is ruff Racing 279s... cheap as dirt ($750 for all four)

18x8.5 front +20 offset18x9.5 rear +20 offset

Perfectly flush, cheap and strong. You can also get them in 19s if that's more your taste.. still under $1000 for the set

Can someone post pics of their rims on a Sedan (03-06)? I'm looking to buy some but I'm skeptic about the looks.

I thought I replied to this?? Sorry Chad... guess I just voted... I like the SSR's you had picked out.

Even the SSR type GT3 that Rex posted are pretty sweet as well.

I'm a chrome guy myself... but I read you wanted to stay away from them for the ralley car look... so with that said... I say go with SSR type CRS

volk's are ridiculously expensive and, in my opinion, UGLY! you buy volk, you buy a name, not style. sorry, but i'm just tired of hearing that name and not seeing any on the raod that look worth a crap.

i guess that makes me a hater a little, huh.

I chose a 5 spoke look........I like it better than the crazy too much going on in your wheel look....Plus the rear lip on these are 5 1/2 inches !!!
