Are you sure? What offset are you going to run. For a 10" wheel to have a 5" lip, you're talking about a zero offset and a low disk with very little back pad. There's no way you can run a zero offset on the Y34.infinitedrift wrote:For sure about the lip. The tork have 5 inch lip on the 20x10's....cant wait.
The off set on the wheels are 40mm with 20x10.5..I checked out the officlal website and that what they listed it as and is that your car? WOW. The wheel arent really knockoffs but im sure your wheels cost over $800 a rim, plus you already have them so...that wouldnt be right!. Another question are running with Team Emotion...I used to compete against you guys when I had my 240sx..at the super tuners shows in VA.mrmark wrote:

Any company can take a pic of a fitment that has a big lip....that's not necessarily the lip that will be for every application.
I'm running a 10.5" wide wheel with a +26 offset and a low disk with a 1" back pad and I only have a 4" lip.
You should get these instead of those knock-offs.....

Hey, whats a little rash between friends?infinitedrift wrote:"The Virus" Yea i have it because the person who had the car before me did not know the meaning of a street...the wheels are curbed really bad..
That is probably a good idea. They may tested it already ... nothing like a good fitment test.infinitedrift wrote:Anywho I might have to call the company directly to confirm or just move on to something different..keep ya guys posted.
Point. I forgot about that.mrmark wrote:Hub rings can solve the hub problem. They make the hubs large so you can fit the wheels on many cars.
Hmmm ... interesting ... would this create problems with contact with the brake rotors or the calipers? Or are the rotors small enough in diameter to not get in the way? What about the calipers?mrmark wrote:The thing that looks weird is that a 20x10 +25 has the same lip as a 20x10 +40.....doesn't make sense unless the +40 wheel has a large bow in the disk. These types of wheels are known as having "fake" lips where the disk bows in at the rim to "create" a fake big lip.
20x10.5 or 20x10?infinitedrift wrote: I'm going to drive up to the company today...luckily they are local. I talked to them over the phone and they advised it was going to be to wide to run the 20x10.5(40mm)...but they really didnt sound to sure. Well see what the outcome is!!
Im sorry, I meant 20x10. So your running the same set up I want to run...sounds like great news. I went to the shop but they said they were really busy and to come back Monday morning. I will take some pictures with them on the car...if they let me. So excited cant wait till 2morrow.paperfootball wrote:

FWIW, I run 20x10/40mm in the rear with about 200lbs of music in the trunk--I am also lowered on TEINS--no rubbing.
