Hey Russian, I'm personally not a fan of them for the G so I have never looked into them.

But I thought I'd reply so this gets bumped up.

yeah dont go with the kit from Vertical Doors Inc. I have them and they really suck...im not sure which company makes the best but i can tell VD Inc. prolly makes the worst ones.

Do you mean scissor doors (not gull dors)? I think scissor doors look pretty sweet, though pretty impractical unless you're in a tight parking space, hehehe. Gul doors are god aweful, but they'd never work on a G anyway.

If anyone ever finds a decent scissor kit for the G I'd be very interested.

if you want to do something with your doors, i would say shave off the handles and invest in a hydraulic system, or whatever kind of system it takes, that pops open the doors for you.

yeah shaved door handles is a good deterent for theft. just make sure to get door poppers too >.< i have the veritcal doors with shaved door handles and at first it was fun but now its a pain in the arse cuz you have to pretty much open and close the door for your passengers....i just make em crawl thru the window dukes of hazard style for now
