which timing chain set should i use for a SR20det???

not sure if this question has been asked before, but i REALLYhate searching the forums for answers.

so ne who which timing chain set will work on a SR20det??

can i use the KA24de set or the SR20de set???

my mum is currently over in the UK and i wanna find out beforei tell her to pick up a timing chain set...im just trying to figureout if i can pick one up state side before i have her spend almost 250 quid on a new set.

oh also, will a S14 SR20det water pump work in the REDTOP SR20det???

im not too sure if the UK got the Sr20det VVTS model likelike japan did for its S14s...but yah will a S14 water pumpwork on a S13 engine.

you can get the timing chain from a b13 sentra and use it on your redtop sr20det. b13 water pump should work with your redtop motor also with a little bit of modification. a mechanic with bearing puller should be able to do it. phase2 and ht sells SR water pumps for decent price, might as well go for that route. s14 and s15 water pumps do not work with s13.

you need to hassle your mum in england when you can get all the parts at Las Vegas.
