Ok, don't hit me hard here guys lol. I have researched and found this topic to just be touched, but not hit dead-on.

Which throw-out bearing do you use on the RB25 transmission? I have the Z32 non-turbo clutch kit and the throw-out bearing does NOT fit on it.

Does the Z32 TT throw-out bearing fit it or not?

Thanks all. Maybe we can add this info to the stickies so we ALL know about it. Thanks.

And just for sh!ts and giggles, do you all recommend to install a little grease on the end of the transmission input shaft where it touches the pilot bushing or not?

Reverse order...

LOTS of grease on the whole input shaft, not just the tip.(sounds kinky)

Z32 throwout bearing will fit series 2 RB25 only...Z31 throwout bearing SHOULD fit series 1 RB25 though....turbo or NA wither one.

Thanks for the help guys.

I have the RB26 and the RB25 transmission came with the package. Since I already purchased the Z32 NT clutch kit and that throw-out bearing did not work, I went to NAPA and purchased a Z31 throw-out bearing. It was a perfect match. Thanks again for the help.
