I'm going to be upgrading my suspension towards the end of the month and was looking around at all the different subframe spacers available for the 240. Now I'm looking for the best setup for the street (meaning not alot of roadnoise and harshness) and it's tough to find parts that work well without sacrificing the aforementioned.

Aluminum spacers are out of the question, I already know they'll be too noisy. Then there's urethane and the nylon/glass fiber spacers. Which of these would be the least noisy? I was hoping to find some delrin spacers, but haven't had much luck.

If I absolutely have to, I'll just buy the Nismo subframe bushings. I just really didn't want to have to pull the subframe out if I didn't have to

Nismo's will be the quietest of the aforementioned products. Road noise is wonderful.=)

aluminum subframe collars with your old bushings given they are not completely toast. I have em, dont worry about road noise and harshness with those as your still utilizing a rubber bushing in there. I'm extremely anal and get annoyed easy... i noticed the noise (just noise from the diff) for about 2-3 days, and I got used to it, and you can only hear the added noise if you really try... no ladies have comlained or been able to hear it so...
