Which Spring Rates??

i got my coilovers in a weeks days ago and i got an extra set of springs free with purchase. anyways they have stock rates on them now (7kg/5kg) and i have a set of 9kg's also. my question is should i stay 7/5 or go with a 9/7? i know with the 9's the ride will be pretty harsh but im not sure how bad. the car is a daily driver and may see a few autocrosses but not much else.

i have had a few people tell me that i should go w/ higher spring rates and lower dampening for a little better ride and equivilent handling compared to lower rates and more dampening. BTW i have k-sport coilovers (36-way adjustable).

someone please enlighten me on what would be the best combination and/or pros and cons of each set up.
