Psi wise I'd run maybe 18 first run 10psi and then slowly up after doing some runs to make sure everything is going smooth.I got a t3/t4 and was running 17-19.

Ask for NGK plugs for a 2004 Jeep grand cherokee overland (high output engine) edition they come with the BKR7E. Put they come gapped at like .045 I think. When I go to O'Reilly's they can never find the right plug if I ask for BKR7E.

I would also recommend a Kenne Bell Boost-A-Spark. With the BKR7E plugs I run up to 17-18 psi with .06 plug gap. Everything is so much better with the wider gap. Among making more power I get better gas milage to boot. This is on a s14 with internal coil fyi.

The larger the gap you can run the better off you'll be by the way. So set the GAP for .038 to .040 to start with and only lessen it if you suffer from spark "blow out". The larger the gap the more spark you'll have for a better and more complete burn.
