My car is a NA and I know the FSM and many posts have said NGK PFR6B-11 plugs ONLY.

For a stock application, daily driver, is an $18 plug from Nissan worth it?

Can I settle for the NGK BKR5EGP's?
They are also platinum tipped. I'm already running one now after a cylinder dropped on me, after install she ran smoothly again.

So...? Thoughts.

The NAs are less finicky and generally accept other plugs, the TTs are a bit more sensitive especially when squeezing more power out of them.

I agree with NoLimit on this, but my high-mileage NA at the end of her days did not do well on anything but recommended...lower compression needs the correct spark.
If you are running fine with the single one then you should be fine with adding the other 5.
