Which size winter wheels/tires will fit my M35 sport with 245/40/19 on them?

Anyone know what size winter tire and wheel will fit my 2007 M35 sport?

I'd suggest getting a cheap set of wheels in a 18" x 8" with 47 to 50mm offset. Then get 245/45-18 snow tires for it ... that should work just fine! Keep your nice 19" Sport rims for summer tires and summer use.
