Which seatbelts for a '90 JDM 2+0?

The right (drivers) side seat belt on my JDM '90 Fairlady Twin 2+0 slicktop has packed it in and no longer retracts. Can anyone tell me what belt will fit? The US Z32s up to '93 have different belts because they have that mechanism at either end where as the JDM belts have the retractor at one end and just a tab with a bolt hole at the other. I have heard rumor that the belts on Canadian Z's might have been the same as the JDMs. Can anyone confirm this? Also the rear belts from a 2+2 look similar to the front belts from a JDM but I haven't found a clear enough photo to tell. Any thoughts? And before anyone suggests it, I am NOT going to convert my belts to B-pillar mountings like the newer US Z32s.
