Which S14's had Limited Slips?

The carrier bearing is going out in my 96, so im going to get it replaced. It's covered under warranty, so I think I would have to get an open diff, maybe I can talk to the mechanic and get him to replace it with a J30 or S14 VLSD. I have read that ALL S14's come with VLSD's, or ALL S14's that had ABS came with VLSD's. I need to know which it is. Thanks for the help =)

LSD/ABS package was an option for the S14 SE. Not all of them have it. My SE does not.
