Which rims to go with?

I have a 97 nissan 240sx with g35 19x8 front +30 offset and and 19x8.5 rear +35 offset, these are the double spoke fives from rays .... Im running 225/35/19 federal tires in the front and 235/35/19 federal tires in the back...... I have j30 front calipers.......

A guy want to trade his 19x8.5 front with +20 offset front and 19x9.5 with +25 offset on a set of Stern wheels..... Would these rims fit my federal tires? Would the front or back rub? Do you guys think its a good trade g35 rims for Stern rims (looks just like g35 rim but has a lip)?..... Would theses rims clear my j30 calipers?

That guy is trying to take advantage of you. Your G35 wheels are made by Rays, who are far more prestigous than Stern. Plus the G35 wheels are forged, so that should be much lighter than the Sterns.

Personally, I wouldn't do it. But then again, I just don't like 19's on s14's. Your tires would fit on the Sterns, though. Whether the Sterns will clear the j30 brakes depends more on the design of the spoke rather than their offset. Try to test fit them before you buy...

Gaaaawddamn that guy is trying to screw you hard... Go check ebaymotors for the price difference between these crap Stern wheels and your OEM G35 wheels.

Unless that guy is offering cash on top of the trade, he needs to be bytchslapped.

Yeah i got these wheels for 400 bucks so i put them on my daily driver s14....
