The pics have to be "hosted" online somewhere. NICO had a free hosting site, but ran into "software" issues when we switched from VBB to ZeroForums (previous guys didn't like us changing ). NICO currently has a pay (small annual fee) site iServe, or you can use one of the many online for free (pop ups and ads) pages.
Once you have them hosted, then you insert the url of the image in the body of your post, like this [ i m g ] h t t p://w w w.urlofyourpic.com/coolpicture.jpg[/ i m g ]
Simply don't put the "spaces" inside of the [] brackets, nor your pic's web address.

LOL, n00b the file structure is clearly OS X, judging by his post ipfw is probably off because if I am not mistaken its off by default.DarkKnight22 wrote:

Axis elite looks the hottest of out three.
