which redline transmission fluid is for me?

well still waiting for my service manual to arrive, the user manual doesn't seem to provide this information...

I inquired about redline product at the dealer but they said "oh but the factory recommend 80w?? for your 1991 240sx"

so what should I do? do I get the MTL 70W80 GL-4 or the MT-90 75W90 GL-4?

I also read somewhere that 1991 240sx is GL-3, whatever that means, can you guys tell me about that?

Lastly, how much of it do I need? this information is not in the faq. I have a 1991 240sx

I'm also using MT-90, as for capacity, you're looking at 2.5 quarts.
