I know that mckinney sells them for around $300, so if they are willing to they should know which one works. They also sell a TB adapter to use the stock TB with the Greddy for around $160. This is a really old price sheet I got from them, so I don't know how much it is now.

We use the ones from the 95/96, but , I think they all will work , just some have traction control that must be removed...

I tried to use the RB tps, but it didn't look like it would work with the Q45 TB

Yeah the RB tps will not work.... maybe the newer 95/96 q45 tb's have a different type of tps

mack always comes thru. definately a great scource for all rb answers.

so the traction can be removed? that is a good thing i will let him know. and if he has any more questions i will just tell him to give you a call mack, so that way nothing gets misunderstood when install day comes

Just match up the female pins to the male tps pins. I think the q45 TB I have is an older type. It would be easier if I had the q tps harnesses. No big deal but would be nice to just bolt on.

Here's the answer. I recently did the mani swap to the greddy and found that any q45 tb will work as long as its 90mm in diameter. One set back is the velocity loss in the manifold with a stock turbo. Time to upgrade!

Hope that solved some problems
