I'm still trying to get the cold start wire hooked up so I can start car without pulling MAF plug, starting car, then plugging it back in and run it. I've included picture of the plugs under the dash and a picture of ECU with wire I am supposed to connect the orange wire to. Pin 43 Black/yellow wire. Please help me as I'm getting really frustrated.

I Plug in the orange wire to pin 43 and leave it over night. I then try and start car with maf plugged in and wire connected and it does not start. Unplug Maf car starts right up. No rev past 3500rpm of course. Plug in Maf and car idles fine and can rev to what ever I want. I have consult tool wired up and all sensors seem to be working fine. I just cannot get car to start with Maf plugged in. What the hell is up with my engine? Fuel pump has almost 60psi to the fuel rail when ignition is in on position. Is it possible that I didn't hook up a wire correctly under the hood that would cause this, but once warmed up allow car to run fine?? This is really the only thing preventing me from getting car registered and on road. please help. I'll try anything and take pictures if needed.

Thanks for getting back to me Mack. I just tried that about an hour ago with no result. Still the same thing. I unplug MAF and car starts right up after a few try's. Let it idle for a few secs then plug in MAF and it runs fine through RPM band. Tested with my Fluke meter and it has 12v going to it on start. That orange wire everyone talks about didn't have 12v on it in either position. Is it possible MAF is bad? While revving the MAF sensor does change though so it looks like it is working via Consult. I am going to leave it connected for now. Any other things you can think I might need to try.
