Which part is the one im looking for from this list.... part order help

Im trying to fix the VTC errors Im getting P1140/ P1145 by replacing both sensors, but when searching the part number on this website,

Select infinity and copy part # 23731-2Y52A for a 2001 QX4 3.5L, like 30 different sensors come up. I dont understand which one I need. Can anyone show me which I need from that list. I need to of them since both sensors are the same I suppose. They all look the same, but I dont see any for out year etc

Just realized, instead of selecting infinity in the drop down, select nissan, and only one sensor comes up.
