Hi All,

I'm trying to purchase the correct oxygen sensor for my 2001 Nissan Pathfinder (Pre 8/00). I need the upstream left oxygen sensor (pre-cat), and I purchased the BOSCH 15363 -- unfortunately this one does not fit. I'm guessing I purchased the 8/00 - onward model.

So I did some more research and found the BOSCH 15355 (blue wire) and the BOSCH 13224 (black wire). Both claim to be direct fits for pre 8/00 models, and both claim to be upstream left.

The BOSCH 15355 is $120 while the BOSCH 13224 is $68 -- what's the difference between these two and which one do I need?

Thanks everyone!

Thats a good question. You could have your autozone order both of them and then compare the actual sensors when they get them in...

I manage an AutoZone, so i thought I'd chime in.

15355 is going to be an exact fit, and 100% guaranteed by the Bosch brand. So you won't have any fitment issues. (built to 07/00)

13224 is going to also be an "exact" fit, but only branded with the Bosch name, they are manufactured by second-hand suppliers to compete with lower brand manufacturers pricing.

It's ultimately your choice on how much you like to gamble. But in my opinion/experience, I would not get 13224 and just bite the bullet. Often times the "O.E. type Optional" is too big for your connection...

Hope this helps.
