Does anyone know which one is ECM harness connector terminal #46? I can't upload the actual photo, so can't compare it with the diagram in the service manual, but isn't it upside down?

The double outline indicates the F1 diagram is Harness Side (where the wires enter), the smaller connectors above it have single outlines indicating they're Terminal Side (looking into the pins). To orient the ECM connector, notice that there are only 3 large pins at the end where 46 is, while there are a bunch of larger pins at the opposite end.

Happy to help. That single-double outline thing is standard across all modern Nissan WD's. Single outline means terminal side, double means harness side. On the newer diagrams it will also say "TS" or "HS" so it's a little clearer, but the older diagrams are all TS unless specified. Causes lots of confusion if you don't know how that works.

double check, single outline terminal side is female side, double, harness side is male side?
I am really confusing but now I learned!!
When no harness continuity I am going to purchase wiring specialties harness.
Do you have any other idea?

Not exactly. Terminal side means you're looking into the face of the connector (i.e., at the terminals), harness side means you're looking at where the wires enter (i.e., at the wires). Male and female can differ depending on the connector style. E.g., with your ECM connector, it's shown as if you're looking at it in place on the ECU. To get the terminal side view, with the connector removed and flipped over like the pic you posted, you have to hold the diagram up to a mirror.
