Which O2 Sensor needs to be replaced?

After checking my engine with the computer my car gave error code P0430.

In detail it said:

The PCM has determined that the catalyst system efficiency for bank 2 is below threshold for current engine operating conditions.

DEFINITION: Catalyst Efficiency low-Bank 2

What do I need to do?

thanks for the reply max. As you know, there are 4 terminals (4 set of wires) going to sensors when you open up the hood as you can see in the picture. Which wire terminal would that sensor be linked to? the one you;re talking about.
