Which model year did Nissan fixed to coolant transmission issue?

I did my websearch and not clear on this.

Did Nissan fixed the coolant mixing with the ATF issue on later model years?

There are old threads on line from different forums. And even the newer threads, are talking about the older models.

Was there a model year since, where this issue was addressed, like a redesign of the radiator or the connections?

Also from reading. Is it true that all cars with Automatic Transmission have this design where ATF is routed to the radiator for cooling. So this issue, is more of a parts failure issue, and not design because all cars are that way.

I don't know if I've heard anything for sure, but since they're covering 2005-2010 with the extended warranty, my guess would be that 2011 forward is OK. The a/t cooler in the radiator end tank design has been around for decades, so you're right - it's a design flaw with this particular radiator. If I owned one of these vehicles, I would bypass the in-radiator cooler with an external cooler. B&M makes a nice stacked-plate design that I use on my Q45.
