A question to all members. Given the chance, which members car in the Datsun-Nissan-Infiniti family would you most like to drive. My choices are narrowed down to sijoko's, Palmerwind's and AGM's.:drooling :bowdown....Danisiti 1

I would add Dennis (Q45Tech) to the list.

My Q is cosmetically much nicer than Dennis', but Dennis car is near perfect mechanically.

The leg up on him I have the the short rear end and the NOS ( when it works properly).

And the level ten transmission.

We both have JWT ECU/TCU and Eibach srpings w/ togico blues ( his fronts are togiko blacks)

His car rides also much smoother.

You cna upgrade your cars transmission to handle more horsepower with Level ten performance parts.

My transmission has kevlar lined clutch faces, hi performance ATF pump and redrilled valvebody for firmer/faster shifts and different stall speed.

No love for my baby?

I can guarantee mine probably one of the most pristine examples on the boards, if not in the nation (with the exception of Brian's ultra-low mileage 95). Can't think of a component that hasn't either been replaced with new or has been deemed fully-functional by the numerous Master Techs who spend an awful lot of time with her...

BTW, I'd most like to drive Aries' 240. :D

Once again, I FREAKING LOVE QUELLA!

But I'd rather drive what I own. Its a territory thing. :)

Nope, mine are daily drivers, and with the exception of my wife's 2000, not pristine, unless you check the mechanicals.

I am also slightly particular to mine....... Not because its in good shape (compared to most peoples here, mine is on the lower end of the graph), but I have done almost everything to make it BETTER from when I bought it (minus my suspension revamping).......

It gives me more pride in driving something I made better rather than taking it somewhere and paying them to make it better, like the rest of the world......

Id like to drive Gregs, but after almost a year of Q ownership, Im not sure I could own another G50 Q as my primary driver that wasnt my first Q.... Its an attachment thing!

Incorrect! Much love for your baby. I'm sure that plenty of our members have fine examples of "Danisiti" be it a Z, classic 510, G35, etc. But the three that I initially chose have been slightly to very modded, and Q45tech's car, in spite of its very high mileage, a well maintained perfect running car (the perks of being a great mechanic and VH45 guru). It would be very interesting to compare Sijoko's 94 (if it's still normally aspirated) with the mods he's done (modded stock air intake, Level 10 Trans with 2.784 1st and 1.544 2nd gears, converter, rear differential, etc.) with Dennis's 90 (well massaged, lighter, and known to be fast). This was not intended to pit anybody against anyone else, or that mine is better than yours crap. But just to say who's car or cars would we like to experience to see what was possible with certain mechanical upgrades. A V8 powered 240 SX. Cool. Be it a LT1 or a VH45. I fantasized about putting a Q-V8 in my 88 200 SX. Took underhood measurements of my car and many V8's. Knew it wouldn't happen, but I had that vision. And where is that VG30DETT powered J30? Saw a 240 Z and a 510 in a magazine article with that engine. Saw a SR20 510 in one as well. Again, this thread was not started to imply that anyone should turn their car over to someone so they could abuse or "Cannonball" it or that someone wasn't happy with what they had. I guess it was mainly to show interest in what other members have done with their cars. BTW, it would probably be better to ride with Fred or AGM. 12 second Q45s. Whew!!! Accelerating The Future...Enjoy The Ride......Danisiti 1...:D

I feel your pain, Greg. Although I got some very nice comments on my M45 photos, there wasn't a single comment on my boat picture. Sheesh. If you guys only knew how much work it is maintaining her mechanicals and keeping her looking good. Ten times the effort of maintaining any car.

So....no love for my floating baby? She's only good for 40 mph, but she's got a kick-butt stereo, and the sound of the twin 5.7's synchronized at 4500 rpm each is pretty sweet as well.
