Alright so im about to buy a water temp gauge for my redtop and i was wondering which is the best kind to buy Fahrenheit or Celsius?

Im leaning towards getting the STRi:X line series but i noticed they only got Fahrenheit ( link: http://phase2motorsports.store....html ) but i heard i should choose the one with a wider capbability which is Celsius correct?

But i cant find any X line gauges that are Celsius so i was asking which one would be better for my redtop that will be doing some drift events, Fahrenheit or Celsius?
