which KA would work

hey, im shopping for a new motor for my 95' 240sx se.i found some a savlage yards but their different yrs,my friend who also has a 240 says he trhinks newhere from 91 to 96 should be fine.

im jus wonderinf if itd be safe to buy say a 93' or so. would it fit right and work and what not?

Hmmdon't know exactly what you would have to do but yes the motor will work.Think only thing you would have to do is switch over the intake mani because you have extra sensors.

it will work, there's a few things that change from 95>93 but they're not important(valve cover, front cover and other small things)

swap intake and exhaust mani's and you'll be ok.(the 93 exhaust manifold will not fit to the stock 95 exhaust)

Do you still have the old motor? What's wrong with it? Blown? Your best bet it to just use the block and head from an s13 and use everything else from your s14. I'm not sure exactly what is different on the manifold, but i know there are a lot of vacumes and wires on an s14 manifold. Other then figureing all that out it should be easy.
