I am curious which Nissan/Infinti's members find most desirable.

I really want everyone to just focus on the car itself.

So when you vote, I would like add the following conditions:

-You can sell the car you pick right away, what u p[ick is what u get-No tax involved with any vote, so dont , not vote, for a car cuz u think u couldn't afford the tax, assume tax/registration is included for free.-It would have to be your only vehicle-You are still resposible for gas + maintenance+ Insurance-Current production vehicles only.

If I miss any desirable models email me and I will add them to the poll. And remember this is for a FREE car.

Fred...:)Which of these would u want if it was FREE and a 2k3?

i'm just lettin you know you put "nissan 300zx" for the first one, but you can't get a "300zx" in a sk3 model. its 350Z. i'm just being picky, sorry :) This is a very very hard choice for me, because i really like almost all those cars up there, and would love to drive them as daily drivers. but i'm going to go with the 2k3 350Z 6speed. they are very amazing cars

You are right, that is a very nice selection of cars and I can see people havign a tough choice ,even with the real spendy machines thrown in, cuz the less expesnive ones have a charm of their own as well.

The Murano isn't available anywhere to buy yet, neitehr is the FX45.

Otherwise I would have added them both.

I sat in a 350Z at the dealership today. Wow! What a car. I can only imagine how good it would be on a road course. You really must see one in person to fully appreciate the incredible styling.

Basically a summary of what my insurance company thinks, so I had to go with the 3.5 Altima b/c it's pure sleeper and well, once we get the Skyline there should be some turbos for it, although I'd also vote for the Spec V, there's just something so fun about toting 5 people around at a ridiculous rate of speed

350z is what I'm replacing my 240sx with. Should be in a few months. What I haven't decided is what to do with my '89 240sx which I bought new, which is still looks/runs like new. I also already have an '02 Altima, so I don't need another.

I chose the ser spec-v. They're quick, cheap on insurance, and get great mpgs. I would choose the 350, but I'm a full time student with part time employment.

Given that it's the second most expensive car there (and that these are free for the prupose of discussion) I am surprised that no one has chimed in for the M45 yet.Especailly since we just had the great M45 movie here and a bunch of great M45 pics as well in a thread.

It's more powerful than all other cars in this thread except the Q45.

Its slightly lighter and some say sportier, it is downmarket from the Q (the most expensive car here). But lately the M45 has attracted a lot fo positive comment.

Fred...:)

PS: have u seen the M45 movie here?

The M would be my first choice, even if there were 20 other choices. Matter of fact, I think the M is my favorite 2003 vehicle on the market. Saw several at Scottsdale Infiniti last week.

For some reason, the M45 reminds me of a few older cars - A 67 Camaro, a 68 Chevelle, a 70 Cuda, a 68 Lincoln... So many little nuances to the styling. Only change I'd make is deleting the Infiniti oval logo from the grille... Gawd, I LOVE THE M45!!!!

One of the most incredibly comfortable interiors of any car I've been in for several years. But the best part - 340 hp and lighter weight than the Q.

I'm planning to go drive one in 2 weeks - Any other AZ NICO members want to go with me for lunch and a drive? Look out!

Fred,I am still contemplating my vote, but I did notice you left out the 2.5 Altima. Yeah, its not super fast, but its a great little car.Bud

BTW- what does the "T" stand for on the G20-T and the J-30T?

Sorry coldI decided since this was a free car I picked the highest engine/trim available for that model as money is no object (outside of gas/maintanace/insurance).

That's why i picked the SER SPEC V for example intead of the Sentra GXE.

Fred...:)

PS: You car is still nice..:thumbup

Fred,It’s a hard choice to decide between the 350Z and the G35 Coupe. I went with the G35 Coupe because it is the difference between the 350Z and the G35 Sedan. Yes, you get 7 less hp, 210lbs more weight and the ride is slightly higher than the 350Z, but I think the back seat is nice. I would imagine it is very similar to the 240's back seat. Yeah, no one sits back there, but its nice to put your crap back there. What do you all think between the 350Z and the G35 Coupe?Bud

I had to go for the 350Z. A week ago I would have been torn between the SE-R spec V and the Altima 3.5 SE, but my x-girlfriend's neighbor just bought one. I haven't been in it yet, but they are SOOOO much nicer up close. I did not like the styling at all, before I saw it in person. Now, I'm in love.... this car is so sweet. I'm also not a big fan of any of the Infiniti choices, they are all great cars.... but at 26 I STILL don't feel old enough to drive one!! :D

I'm curious...isn't the Nissan Skyline still in production? I know it's a Japanese only car, but Motorex can import them... Should that be included in the poll?

Nope. I'm using dial-up and I don't like wasting the time it takes to download video.

Fred, this is an extremely hard decision to make, but one condition you mentioned makes the decision for me, as I had it narrowed down to two different cars, the 350Z and the Maxima. Since this will be my only car, I chose the Maxima. Yes that is what I have now but understand I have wanted a Maxima since the early 90's, and this year I finally got one! If I were to sell it, I would go right out and get another, maybe in Majestic Blue this time... ;)
