Which wire going to the ECU is for the speed sensor? I was trying to get it hooked up so my Revspeed meter but I am having problems finding the right wire to give me a signal.

The wire that goes to the ECU comes from the insturment cluster. I didn't hook mine up. I guess that wouldn't cause any boost/running isssues would it? Not sure of the wire color off the top of my head.

pin#53 on the ecu which leads to the instrument cluster. It is yellow with green stripe. See megala.com if you need info on where pin # 53 is. splice somewhere in between the ecu and the instrument cluster.

Well I have tried and tried and tried, could it be that I dont have the speed sensors hooked up or some wire is missing because I tap it into the yellow green and nothing happens, nada, zero, you get the point.

AHH, I THOUGHT YOU HAD A 20..... WELL IN THAT CASE YOU NEED TO GET A ELECTRIC SENSOR FOR THE RSM TO WORK. THE ECU ONE ISN'T GOING TO BE HOOKED UP BECAUSE ITS FEED COMES FROM THE GAUGE.

I have an APEXI RSM hooked up in my car (S13 with RB25DET). I still had to calibrate it. I did find something interesting. If you look at the kph on your stock 240 gauge, it pretty much matches the actual mph speed you are going. Mckinney motorsports sells a device that will make your speedo work correctly.

must have a convertor chip in the cluster.

so the yellow green comes from the cluster, so what wire goes TO the cluster?
