Which is easier?

Ok I have a 95 240 that the engine is about go south on. so which do you guys think is easier to do?

did it yesterday. One out and one in under 8 hours, no leaks no problems.

thats not to say thats how it was my first time though.

did my buddies a while ago in and out and drove off in just about by myself in about 3 hours
