I'm about to wire in an interior neon lighting system with left and right foot wells, a radio bar, and possibly left and right rear foot wells. So before the 12vlt power or positive wire from the neon’s hits a live 12vlt (probably the cig lighter) I want to solder in a fuse for safety. So which fuse holder should I go with, a blade type, or glass? This? Or This?

whichever is cheaper. really. well, the glass ones do have a remote chance of shattering.

but that's about it. whatever is easiest to use.

bro stick with your first choice for the setup it is cheaper and is all you need .. the agu fuses are used better with high current in typical stereo setups and cost more.. it doesnt matter about them being constructed of glass and breaking because it will be protected in a platic case and mounted in a safe area.. if you are a perfectionist and about looks go with your second choice , but if youre just trying to rig a quick organized setup youlll be contented with your blade fuse set-up

i would use the blade fuse, simply because you will need replacement fuses for that possibly, and it uses the same style as your car does, why not be able to exhange them? Btw, dont buy the mini fuses, they're a pain in the butt...ast
