only one turbo and it's gawd aweful yellow respray, so who knows what that car has been through, and the 96 didn't list milage, but in my are it seems an N/A esp a 2+2 with about 100k should go for less thatn those? maybe you should look north, and the Insurance is gonna rape you, best stay away from the TT

The white 93. 2 seater is the only way to go. And some of those are seriously overpriced.

youre 17. you have good taste in cars, but start with something a little easier and cheaper to keep maintained.

I mean how hard could it be to actually keep up this car? With some TLC it should be fine ya know and plus if i have the money to pay for it and willing to suffer and be raped by insur. then how bad could it be?

The first rule of buying a used car is to not spend the whole budget on acquiring a car. The people are right about insurance raping you if you get a twin turbo at 17 y/o. If I were you, and were fortunate enough to have $10k to spend on a car at such a young age, I would look to get a running NA (non-turbo) for around 4-6k. Thats the normal range of prices. That way you can have extra $ to spend for the inevitable repairs that come along with having a 10+ year old car. Also you would want to change all belts (including timing) and hoses once you get a used car anyway. My brother recently got a 1990 NA auto with only 66k miles on it, and spent way less than $10k. Start looking in other metro areas within a 300 mile radius. I have seen many cheap Z's coming out of ATL and Alabama. I hope this advice helps, and if you are interested in buying my brother's car (just bought a house), let me know ([email protected]).-EQwhipD
