Its a personal preference on this one. I know both AEM and Injen make good quality intakes but I believe on the Injen, they have available an extension to make it a cold air intake and AEM doesn't. I believe AEM only makes a short ram intake. In addition, you can also go on making your own custom one if your pretty handy and like for a new project to work on.

I have to agree. I do greatly believe in Injen. You can get the short ram for now and then get the extension later. Thats what im going to do when I get christmas money. Ill put the cold air extension on in March when winter is not here.

i have a '91 with the injen short ram and i wanna put the cae on it, but it's a little confusing when i try to find it. phase2, enjuku, and modacar list the EIS1920 as the cae for '91-'98, but optauto and the injen site itself say the EIS is for S14 only. i would tend to believe the injen site cause it's their stuff after all, but does anyone know if the EIS1920 actually fits ALL KA24DEs?

That's smart, CAI sucks in the winter time, snow gets stuck there and then turns into a big block of ice...it's not a pretty sound when this happens, feels like the car choking for air.

I believe it is the same for the S13 and S14 for the CAE for Injen. It fits all.
