i wanna buy off hid's from ebay but im not really good with decision makings.i REALLY wanna buy this kit cause of the price, what your opinions???

That kit is the same one that everyone posts and it does not come with a high beam.

uhh im not really knowledgable with hid kits..will i be needing a high beam?
