Installing a oil pressure/temp single gauge. The pod has space for 2 gauges. What other gauge is good to have for an NA engine. Water temp (already present in g35) or Volts or ?

If you're "grandpa" then I'd say a voltmeter is most useful. If you're a "spirited" driver then oil and/or tranny temperature wouldn't hurt. If you're "Bernie Burnout" then a 2-axis Accelerometer (G-meter) or an Artificial Horizon are basically useless but very cool.
