which fuel pump/ pressure regulator??

i need to replace the fuel pump on my s13, i'll be boosted soon so i want to get either a walbro 255lph or a z32 pump, which one do you guys feel is better or are they about the same? i'll also be needing to get a fuel pressure regulator, i haven't looked into these much and was wondering which one people recommended for a ka-t. thanks

apparently the z32 pump is better, i dont know why but thats what ive heard
