Im looking to put a fuel pressure gauge on my car inline with a simply T fitting

I was told you could tell the difference in lines by simply squeezing both lines while the car was running and the firm line would be the feed and the squeezable line would be the return. Well I felt no difference between the 2, possibly because my pump is failing (the reason for putting this gauge in)

Could anyone tell me the correct line to splice into.

Thank you!

And the fuel pressure specifications are as follows:

With Regulator Vacuum Hose Connected - 34 psi
With Regulator Vacuum Hose Disconnected - 43 psi

No problem, I've actually got ALLDATA Repair software so its easy to look up any part, repair, or diagnostic.

Another way would be to trace the line from the fuel filter (it's up above the spare tire) forward.

I was almost HOPING I was going to have low fuel pressure....

But I dont :(

40psi at idle 50psi when I rev it

Why does my car seem to start better when I let the pump prime for 5 seconds... hmmmm
