Which exhaust will fit on my 2001 Pathfinder?

Hi all, I need to replace my entire exhaust as it is rusted out. I have a 2001 Pathfinder built in 06/00'. It is the newer body style with the 3.5L V6 engine. I'm looking at a couple listings on ebay here:
