Alrighty, as most of you know by now, my muffler section was stolen and now I'm back to look for a new exhaust system as a result.

I can get the JIC SUS bullet for 620 at my door and by tomorrow if I wanted to.

My personal bias goes to GP Sports since that was the one I had before and I loved it before it got jacked. I'll be able to get one by the end of Feb. probably from the same shop that's got the JIC. Price is still up in the air since the guy is going to Japan to talk to GP and about another two dozen or so companies to maintain his status as the king of JDM parts distributor on the west coast.

So his preliminary estimates were 500 for the Spec Dand 650 for the Spec II.http://www.gpsports-na.com/muffler/spec ... ge...1.gif

I'm somewhat reluctant to get the JIC as it looks like the clamps will just unbolt off really easily and would like something more "one piece".

I've heard only but the best about GP sports' model. Although i hear they're increasingly hard to find. I know that enjuku dropped them from their exhaust lineup for some odd reason.

Yeah I think it had something to do with the collapse of autoimaging. For some reason, they both seemed to have dropped off at the same time. From what I heard from a local parts shop, one of GP's distributors effed up royal causing them to back out of the US Market. I bought my GP originally from Enjuku, but now they carry them only as a specially requested item and takes at least 2 months to get and estimates for the spec D rose to 550-600 (ouch!).

I'm hoping to get around that as Automotive R&D is about 15-20 minutes from where I live when I attend school and apparently tomorrow my friend there will be flying out to Japan to talk to reps and get a huge order from GP Sports, Yashio Factory, J Blood, and about another two dozen or so JDM only companies (about half of which I've never even heard of).
