Which would be better for the same price:a Nismo geared 4.4:1 VLSD or a "balltec" dif?

also, does anyone know the ratio on balltec dif's?

is the baltec also a vlsd? what kind of horse power is your motor putting out?

the balltec is a ball bearing LSD, no gears or clutch plates or anything. Stock power, but I have an open dif and I'd like quicker gearing too
