I know I wrote this in the FAQ (handily linked in the top of the forum), but I'll re-type it. For the gauge cluster sensor, ALWAYS buy the one that matches your chassis, in this case you want one for an S14. It will screw into the S13 motor, don't worry. For the ECU sensor (two prong one), buy the one for your motor, so one that would fit an S13 KA. I'm 99.9% certain that the ECU sensor didn't change on the KAs going from the S13 to the S14, but it's better safe than sorry.
