Clutches SHOULD have their holding rating in a torque measurement, horsepower doesn't matter, as the Ff (force of friction) applied by the clutch to the flywheel is only opposed by the instantaneous application of torque, not that torque over time. So it depends entirely on how much torque you end up with, probably around 170-180 ftlbs, meaning you might even be OK with an OE clutch. I'm not sure what it's rated for, though.
