Which Car Magazine to subscribe: MotorTrend, Road&Track, or others?!?!

Hello Guys,

I am planning to subscribe a car magazine so that I have something to read when I am on my way to work everyday....

So here I'd like to know if ya'll experts have any recomemndations for me....

I am looking for a magazine that has unbiased reviews on all brands and have detailed review/preview of new car models.

I'd say that I am an average car lover and my knowledge about cars are just average (or a lil bit better than average).. so i am not looking for any Ph.D level encylopedia.. jsut somethign fun to read at my spare time..

Also, Import Car magazines is not my cup of tea.. and I am not looking for a pure buying guide since I ain't planning to buy a new car in the foreseeable future.

Your opinions are appreciated.

Road and Track! I have been a subscriber for over 25 years. Their mix of domestic and import tests, technical articles, and quality of writing and photography I find superior to all other magazines. I have subscribed at times to other magazines but the only one I have kept as a constant is R&T.

Road and track is good, automobile magazine. Unless you like reading about dbags kissing Bimmer butt, stay away from Car and Driver. They are heavily biased and I just dont like them. Neither do most infiniti people.

I used to subscribe to a few. Ended up giving up on them. Most have no clue or biased as Poyzinous says. C&D is the worst of all. I am pretty sure there are few good ones. I just lost interest after reading so many bad articles.

MotorTrend... without a doubt... was ready to name hyundai genesis as COTY last year if it were'nt for the GTR... now that's unbiased reviews... i also like their test reviews on cars.. they lease 'em for a year or more and give feedback on what's good and not so good...

Road and Track is the class act in car magazines. I used to like Car and Driver but they have deteriorated badly over the last couple of years.
