Hello,

I'm in the process of purchasing either a 2003 G35 with 6 speed transmission and 144K on the odometer. Or a 2004 automatic with 99K on the odometer. The manual is $5500 and the automatic is $7000. The manual also has a broken passenger side window ( motor burned out)

Which one is the better buy?

Personally, I would go with the lower mileage, but there are a lot of factors involved. Well maintained and high mileage would trump poorly maintained and lower mileage.

I agree on the lower mileage.

So basically I took them both to get checked by a mechanic and it turns out the lower mileage had been in an accident and was poorly maintained. The higher mileage was the better deal in the end. Thanks for the replies

Yep, maintenance is huge. Enjoy the vehicle.
