Hey gentleman,Im at another stopping point. I have the motor all apart ready to go to the machining shop.... so i thought i would get some better cams. I am looking for some insight on what to get for my applicatoin.......I am looking to put down 350 whp with the fp bigt28.....this will be a street driven car....what else should i upgrade will i have the head off?

350 RWHP off a T28? better be a damn big one, thats a really high number for a T28 to post.

If you are getting cams I'd get valvesprings, more aggressive cams need solid lifters, too. Cam gears will help you dial in the new cams, and a port and polish job should be in order.

And a word of advice, don't go too agressive on the cams or you will have to spend a lot to make them work (ie, retainers, springs, solid lifters, cam gears) when you add it all up its over 1200 bucks.

is their a compressor map for that somewhere? sounds like a nice turbo and certainly has a low price point. I'm interested in finding out more.

check on freshalloy forums, there are allot of SR and DSM guys using it making it inot the 11's so expect about 320-350hp and a max of about 22psi wiht really good fuel and timing mods...

its a T28 on steriods.
