Car: 91 S13 coupe.Mods: Nismo S-Tune Coilovers, HICAS rear sway, Pillow ball t/c rods, brakes are done, and Azenis rubber. What bracing would be a better investment right now? The Nismo Power Brace? CP Racing Triangulated STBs? Do Luck Center Floor brace? Which would be a good step?

Note: Car was in a MILD accident where there is a slight warpage in the top frame in front of the radiator, on the driver's side. No suspension mounting or crucial areas effected.

HAVE YOU CONSIDERED A ROLL BAR? IT GIVES THE MOST BENEFIT IN THE WAY OF IMPROVING CHASSIS FLEX NEXT TO A ROLL CAGE. IT'LL BE FAR MORE EFFECTIVE THAN THE CENTER CROSS BAR AND COST ROUGHLY THE SAME AMOUNT. YOU CAN ALWAYS GET THE CENTER CROSS BAR LATER TO FURTHER REDUCE CHASSIS FLEX.

SINCE YOU ALREADY HAVE THE TENSION RODS I'D SAY GO WITH THE NISMO POWER BRACE, TOO INCREASE THE PILLOW TENSION EFFECTS AND GIVE YOU MORE RESPONSIVE STEERING.

I was going to say sway bars. Is that the same as roll bars? Strut bars really don't do that much. They are just to help a little. I just have $50 e-bay special for front and rear strut but I understand If you wanted something of a higher quality.

I'd say to get the power brace to keep your front end in check. If you want a stiffer chassis, stay away from the Do-luck stuff. To me, it's way too much money to spend on one bar that you can have made for less than $100. Get a cage or half cage and forget about the 99000 jdm braces that will do little more than weigh your car down.

This is a street car guys. Cages are overkill. Plus, there are no racing fab shops around here that I would trust to make me a cage, and sourcing a Cusco or other one would be a pain.

Just what their prices on their site are. I am looking at their front and rear triangulated bars. I think I may get them and the Autopower roll cage with harness bar. I think that will really help the old chassis out.
