Which 240 is better?

Hi Nico,

Im in the process of possibly trading a fellow 240 owner my car
Just looking for opinions on which is better.
If it would be worth it to trade mine for his.

Mine:
1993 SE Coupe KA24DE
140,xxx
Clutch on its way out (very soon, grabs like crap)
Nice sound system, dynomat
2nd gear grinds, in need of new transmission
Rust in the rocker panels/rear fenderwalls
My DD till last week
Completely stock, unmolested, interior untouched
No body damage, never been in an accident
Shops roud here tell me it can't pass inspection with the rust the way it is.
Pictures of my car are kinda outdated, rust has spread.

120,xxx (200,xxx on body)
3" stiraght pipes
4/5" drift spec tip megan exhaust w/ silencer :P
Strut bars front and back
sti wires and plugs(blue)
Momo Bucket
Nismo shift knob
B+M Short Throw
330mm drift wheel
Stock 15 alloys w/ 4 extra tires
brand new starter(replaced)
113$ cat converter to pass ME inspection
not inspected tho, havent got the time
been using it as daily driver
no gears grind
a little loud
It has a really f*** up rear qrtr panel though pictured below.
No carpet, and some of the interior plastics are missing.

Kid offered me 1500 in cash to buy it.
Opinions on the cars? My car needs a clutch and a transmission.
His car needs zip. Both have similar amounts of body work needed to be done.
My car however is mad clean, in an out, all stock. No panels missing etc..

no rust on the hatch? the hatch sounds pretty solid. i'm a bigger fan of the coupes though. its definitely up to you though.

I cant see the last pics. but your car looks real clean, and if your gonna get a new clutch switch out the trans then youll have a good reliable car. Lets see some pics of the rust, and is there any on the frame rails?
