wheres the egr valve in a 95 240 showing code 0400

just a few minutes ago i started my car and proceeded to take off as normal but my car said no,it sputtered and then drove off just as the check engine light came on.well i got home and hooked up my scanner and it showed code 0400 egr prob.i cleared the code and drove around a bit no more light.good.im wondering if this is signal is the beginning of the end for my egr valve and if it is wheres it located?any help it greatly appreiciated.thanks in advance.

Mine is also bad. Just do a simple search for egr valve and prepare to be amazed. I will sort through all of this and post a link to a thread that will answer your question if you are to lazy to do it.
