Where would I pull a wire through the firewall

I'm going to install a pair of fog lights, and I would like to know where would it be the best place to have the wire enter into the interior? I looked long and hard under the car, inside the car and there are no grommet plugs nor any holes. Anybody who has accomplished this let me know! Thanks!!!

There is a nice grommet behind the air cleaner to fish a cable through.
