Getting ready to install my avic-f90 and i'm just wondering if anybody has any suggestions as to the easiest and most effective place to put the bluetooth microphone. I would like it kind of out of the way but im not really trying to put it up with the dome light, did that in my audi and apparently i sounded terrible to people on the other end.

Why don't you install it nearby then? Then you don't have to run the wire far and it should be fine. Just drill a small hole nearby unit.
